About Shingo Miyauchi

Shingo is a senior computational biologist doing bioinformatics innovation & support. While at the University of Cologne he developed a genome database for the CEPLAS community and worked on comparative multi-omics for the SPP 2125 "DECRyPT" project.

His expertise is multi-omics integration, data visualization, creating bioinformatic tools, meta-transcriptomic analysis, assembling genomes from short and long-read sequencing. His fields are fungal biology and plant-microbe interactions.
